Our Resource Library is designed to save teachers time while strengthening teaching and learning across all areas of the VCE Outdoor and Environmental Studies study design.

The library includes resources aligned to every key knowledge point, with a minimum of eight resources available for each area. These can be used flexibly to build your own course, support explicit teaching, and provide meaningful revision opportunities for students.

The HeadStart Resource Pack is designed to help teachers begin the academic year with confidence and clarity.

This pack supports early planning and setup, helping you establish strong foundations for VCE OES while significantly reducing the workload that often comes with the start of the year.

This allows you to focus your time and energy on teaching, not scrambling to build everything from scratch.

It provides:

• A suggested teaching timeline for the year

• Two editable PowerPoint presentations aligned to the first two key knowledge points

• Accompanying worksheets drawn from the OES Solutions Resource Library for the first two key knowledge points

• A student booklet with summary tables and consolidation questions for the first two key knowledge points

• A practice SAC with sample answers, suitable for holiday homework or formative assessment early in 2027

From 2026, OES Solutions will offer a series of targeted webinars to support both teachers and students.

These will include:

• Teacher focused webinars for Units 3 and 4, supporting course delivery, assessment planning, and study design interpretation

• Student focused exam preparation webinars, designed to help students revise effectively, deepen understanding, and prepare confidently for the end-of-year VCAA examination

All webinars will be practical and informed by current classroom practice.
